Our web-based Services are sold through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is responsible for processing payments, invoicing, and handling refund transactions. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. This Refund Policy supplements — but does not override — any statutory rights you may have.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have the statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK regulations to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase — without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order ID and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm receipt and issue the refund via Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
For customers outside the EU/UK/EEA, we offer a 7-day goodwill refund on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and issue refunds via Paddle to the original payment method. You should see the refunded amount in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us at [email protected]. We will almost always resolve legitimate issues directly and faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms, not by Paddle. Refund requests for those purchases must be submitted directly to Apple or Google:
